Yelp Review

I have been living in Two blocks for 4 years. The grounds are ommaculate and the staff is very friendly. Each time I visit the leasing office, I'm greeted with a warm smile. The management has changed several times, but the current manager, Cece is always helpful. The pool the gym and the clubhouse definitely add a perk to the complex. I also have a view of the pool so that help too. Lol. You can't go wrong with Two Blocks.

I have been living here for 3 years now and will probably renew my lease. Overall, the place isn't that bad hence why I've been staying here for so long. However, they haven't been maintaining the property much and the management probably changed 3-4 times since I've been here. Some of the complaints: 1. We are seeing so many bugs in our apartment and outside in the hallways now. 2. Sometimes the valet trash doesn't come to pick up the trash, which I think is unfair if they're going to take the full money for it each month. They should prorate the fees when that happens. 3. Some of the ladies I've worked with in the office are great, but when we try to call the front office for anything.. no one ever picks up the phone. I usually have to leave work early or go in late and physically have to go into the office to chat with them.

Georgia has tons of bugs, but we definitely don't want them in your apartment! Please contact us, or simply log a request online to be added to next week's visit. Valet trash should pick up Sunday-Thursday, as long as you set your trash out between 6pm-8pm. If this doesn't happen, we need details asap so that we may contact the company. Apartment Ratings Review

From the day that my roommate and I found two blocks Apartments Review we fell in love with the neighborhood and our unit. The grounds are truly beautiful, from the koi pond to the pool and mural they 've just done. I couldn 't imagine renting anywhere else in this area. We just renewed our lease and transferred to a bigger unit and we are very pleased. Ms. Cici and the leasing team as a whole are amazing, very helpful and understanding. They know us by name and it really makes us feel at home. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to move to this area in a heartbeat.

I'm a current resident and I just couldn't stop laughing at these comments. To be honest most of these reviews are clearly bogus. I moved here from New Orleans October 2018. Very beautiful apartment complex. I love the covered parking and the view from my top floor balcony is great. I haven't had to deal with staff since I moved in so I can't comment on repair response times. They are very much on top on the daily appearance of the property. They just recently pressure washed both parking garages. Last month someone crashed into the entry gate and it was replaced immediately. I did get a boot for parking my rental car in the wrong area but I can't fault them for that. My apartment is very clean. Not one insect in sight. Hope this helps someone

If anything, its up to the residents to do their part and keep the place clean and maintain its quietness. Only concern is keeping up with the gates could be hard to manage but something i see important as a resident.

I have been living here since July 2017

I have been living here since July 2017. The reviews weren t the greatest when I moved in but I took a chance anyways. When I came, CeCe and Lydia were just as new as me. 6 months in and I don t have a single complaint. MY maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner, my neighbors are peaceful, and when I walk into the office, I am greeted by all smiles -- from CeCe, Lydia, and Stephanie... they know my name and my apartment #, lol .. probably because I have so many packages coming in! And they have never LOST one. They always strive to keep the morale boosted around the community by having little events and contests. I don t expect everything to be perfect. Things happen. Granted, our gate is was down for about two months but it wasn t a mechanical issue that could be easily fixed. An AMAZON TRUCK RAN INTO IT. The whole gate needed to be replaced and I know that, not because I asked, but because it was communicated to us VIA email and expectations were set. I m saying all this to say, make your experience, your OWN. Just by reading the most recent reviews, Its hard for me to believe I live in the same community as them. If I wasn t in the process of purchasing a house, I would renew my lease without hesitation.

It s a lovely place to stay

It s a lovely place to stay but There are some delay in maintenance issues like Parking Gates and Elevators. I can see they have been out of service more than a month which caused serious security concern towards Block 1,2,3. Building Elevators correction takes minimum three days which causes very much inconvenience for people living on level 4 at 1,2 ,3 block because parking is till level 3. If management can take care of these maintenance issues I think it s a very nice place and at convenient place to live.

Good location and nice community

I really enjoyed living at Two Blocks. The proximity Brook Run Park was a nice surprise when I got to know the area, making it easy to get out and enjoy the fresh air. Maintenance was quick to complete work orders. The noise levels from my neighbors was minimal and only in the silence of the apartment could I hear their activities. During construction and upgrades with painting, I received emails that kept me informed of their progress. The price for monthly rent is a little steep, and since I live alone it was more than my budget handle - but overall I had a good experience living at two blocks.

Well Kept Community, Noise Becoming an Issue

Maintenance is quick to respond to online request. New renovation is beautiful but took much longer than office management said it would take. Better to go in to the office if you have questions because phone is rarely answered. Was a very quiet and relaxing neighborhood but recently noise level has gotten out of hand. Overall very affordable and in close proximity to banks, grocery stores, mall, MARTA Train, Buckhead, Alpharetta, and Downtown ATL.

Excellent place to live Two Blocks

Overall I think this is an Excellent place to live TwoBlocks. The new management has made some tremendous improvements to the overall look and feel of the property with the renovations and the ongoing facelifts of surfaces in a short time. Having lived here for 3 years plus I am loving it. It was always a good place to live but was in dire need of renovations or a facelift, so happy it's taking place . Once the parking deck is resurfaced and or pressure washed it will be immaculate. Once that is done, only the residents participation will be needed in helping the property management to keep it heavenly. We all have to do our part. I can say this place is quiet, no noise at all. Perhaps the only thing that is majorly needed is more security cameras and entry access controls in addition to what is already in place.

However if I had to pay market rent I would be getting a lawyer as this place has went down and I don't know why. I contacted the office on several occasion about the trash on the weekend. Mostly a good experience

Overall, we did enjoy living here. There wasn't too much noise from neighbors. Parking could be a problem if you got home late at night our floor ALWAYS filled up after 9pm and you had to be careful that guests parked on the roof or they get booted, but it does save spaces for residents which is nice. Our living room outlets wouldn't work on a switch but we never sought out getting it fixed so I'm not sure if they woIuld could have. We had a LOT of payment issues when we moved out double charged for the lease break fee, autodrafted a full month's rent for August when we were only going to be there 5 days, etc . While incredibly annoying, they were resolved as quickly as possible by the assistant manager, Elena. Plus I think it was right when there was a big staff turnover so I think a lot of things got lost in the shuffle. One thing that concerned me a bit was that even though we changed our autodraft account back in May, they continued to only charge the original one. I'm a bit concerned that we'll continue being charged next month even though we're moved out.

Great place but…

I've lived at Two Blocks for three and a half years. Lots of turn over with office staff, praying this new company will be better then the last. My only complaint is lack of professionalism in the office, old office staff not too sure about the current ad this is the third office manager since moving in. I wanted to move into a two bedroom apartment literally next door as my neighbors were moving out and the office staff told me I would have to pay the high month to month free of 1900 for my one bedroom for three months until my neighbors moved out. Crazy Especially since the two bedroom rent was around 1250. Overall it's a nice place, wish the parking lots were managed better as people park where and however they want. The garden has a lovely fountain that has yet to be cleaned, the water is green at the moment. There's usual gas in the grills to BBQ in the garden area, so that's a plus. Updated gym is fabulous and new equipment is great. Maintenance personnel are friendly and get the job done. Security into the parking lot hasn't been a priority for this new management. We used to have a gate hand that would only allow one vehicle to go in at a time. Now it's gone, allowing multiple vehicles to tailgate into the parking deck. There's valet trash pickup that's added into your rent fee, which is great. Overall decent place to live. Professionalism is key, these next few months will be the deciding factor if I sign a new lease or not. If you work night shift, this isn't the place for you. Landscaping personnel come around 7am blasting blowers and mowing the yard. Not sure why they come at the crack of dawn.

Like all Places it has it pros and cons

Overall its an ok place to live. Property upgrades and remodeling makes it a little more appealing. Car garages could use a thorough cleaning and replacement of guard arms. Also security is needed and cameras that work since I was the victim of vandalism along with 12 others.

The leasing office team are very helpful and respectful. also there is a lot of shops around that you can walk to and a beautiful park near where children can play. You would not regret living here. I first want to say that you will not meet nicer individuals

I first want to say that you will not meet nicer individuals than the ladies at the Two Blocks leasing office! They are absolutely amazing!!! They work really hard and will do everything they can to help. This is one of the main reasons that I am staying along with the location. I have lived here right at 2 years and this is the first time I have actually seen any improvements. I cannot wait to see our new look when the work is done! The apartments are nice and they have upgraded some of the units. It would be nice if the unit I am moving into would have some upgrades but, it does get a bit pricey to do so. I am looking forward to another year at Two Blocks Apartments!

Me renewing my lease says a lot about this place

I love it here. The residents are responsible and respectful of everyone. Maintenance fix items in a timely manner. The leasing office assist to the best of their ability. The only negative thing I have to say is about the gate bar constantly being broken which allows anyone without access to follow you in.

I have been at Two Blocks for more than a year now

I have been at Two Blocks for more than a year now, going through the recent transition in management. My review is to shed some light and hopefully help prospective tenants take a decision regarding Two Blocks. As probably seen in some reviews, the change in management has certainly been a challenge at the beginning for both the staff personnel and the tenants. My 5 star review is to clarify that the current management has successfully and dutifully gone over all the bumps they encountered. Rather than dwell on the difficulties to get there, I can share my recent experience that lead to a successful lease renewal even though it was not an easy thing to accomplish for the leasing office. They have been very responsive to my many inquiries and questions, showing both availability and understanding as I was trying to make a decision. What sold me personally is the fact that anybody at the leasing office is available to discuss. I have found this to be key in getting on a mutual understanding for my situation and what I was looking for in staying here. I often hear complaints around the community, but the truth is these don t reach the management because they are not shared face to face. My concerns were quickly alleviated after sharing the issues I had seen and personally faced with both the manager and assistant manager. They both were more than willing to help me out, and worked diligently in improving the community. In effects, there is now a courtesy officer on site which will help with noise complaints and such, the partnership with the towing company has been renewed (which makes no difference to me as I never encountered parking issues), and there is a planned renovation of the overall community which is a nice thing to contemplate even though the community amenities are great as is (Love the zen garden and grill area personally. I don t use the pool much). Hopefully, this will help future tenants in their decision :-)

Enjoying Living at Two Blocks

I have lived at Two Blocks for over two years and enjoy living here. My apartment is small but it is very well laid out and spaces are well utilized. The grounds are pretty and well maintained. I moved to Two Blocks hoping to find a safe place to live and I am pleased with the security and gated community. Two Blocks is located conviently to most places in metro Atlanta with easy access toI-285, I-85 and GA 400. The garage, covered parking and elevator were also factors in my apartment search. My service requests are responded to promptly and the maintenance are friendly and reliable. The staff in the leasing office are very pleasant.

Best apartments ever!!! I really regret even moving out

Best apartments ever!!! I really regret even moving out but I needed to downsize. I had a few issues with my move out but all was resolved. Really missing the elevators, club house (Starbucks coffee) and security now lol ). Management for the most part was fair. Jennifer is definitely my fave. She s very responsive on any questions or concerns. Nice community Overall.

I lived in a lot of apartment complexes in the last 10 years

I lived in a lot of apartment complexes in the last 10 years and this is one of the best apartments I have lived in. The leasing office is very friendly. I only had issues with one person in the leasing office being rude on two occasions but it was an isolated incident. They track packages which is awesome for me because I m a crazy Amazon shopper. The have covered parking deck and there is always enough parking. The top of the deck is for visitors which is nice because there is room for when guest come over but not taking up all of the parking where the residents park. We had a pool view on the 3rd floor and the patio had lots of space. Located right off of 285 and the apartment is walking distance to the Kroger shopping center, 24 hour gym, and lots of restaurants. The club room is open 24/7 and has an adequate gym. There is supposed to be wifi in the club room but I could never figure out how to get it to work. They do have a free Starbucks coffee machine with 2 flavors which was nice and available 24/7. The club room also has a pool table and a kitchen that is near the pool if you wanted to have some guests over. They also have a furnished apt that you could rent out if you have people visiting from out of town and don t want to put them in a hotel. I never took advantage of that deal but it was a nice option to have available. If you have extra furniture, there are also storage units available to rent out if needed. With all the options they offer, this is a great place to check out and maybe even call home.

Parking Problem and Dilver package not taken care.

Every night, parking was crowd, because tons of cars WITHOUT permit parking in lower levels. Visit cars should be on top floor That's what I was told, but never seen that enforced. Probably it is out of office hour every night. So people knows that, they feel free to park into resident space overnight This is the only apartment I feel zero confident to ship my online purchase. Last time I got a notice from the leasing office I have a mail. But when I got there, one of the staff just rush to talk to new potential renters and try to find a way to tell me why my package should not be here and maybe its a mistake notice from delivery. Instead of spend time to find my package, she just trying to let me believe I do not have a package here. Well eventually another staff found it.

Great property in a good area

It's a good complex in a nice area. Some maintenance issues that can be addressed. General entrance door near our apt needs to be fixed. You can hear people go in and out with door slam due to it not being magnetized.

I''ve had a pleasant experience so far

I really like living here. There are a few things that I had to get used to because I came from living in a house but nothing unexpected for apartment living. The community is not too big and the property is well kept for the most part. I wish there were more community events at least once a month or quarter. It would be nice to get to know my neighbors since I was new to the county. The location is great. Walking distance from Starbucks, restaurants, groceries and more. Maintenance is friendly, sometimes a bit slow in responding to requests. Overall, I enjoy living here and would like to stay at least until my daughter graduates from high school. Hopefully the new management will only mean more positive experience, but we'll see. Leah is awesome and was integral in my decision to move here. I was impressed by her knowledge of the property and she greeted residents by name. She was very welcoming. Whenever I needed something she always took care of it with a smile.

Convenient, comfortable, and accessible

On the whole a great apartment complex. The staff has been professional, courteous, and responsive. The apartments themselves are well constructed with only minimal problems that crop up occasionally. The complex is located in a highly walk-able neighborhood, with shops and parks all easily accessible. The community as a whole is nice, even if we all do tend to stick to ourselves. The management company has recently changed, and I am hoping that the new company will continue to improve the experience. If I could ask for two things, they would be the introduction of a recycling bin system, and giving residents the tools to create community events on their own.

Property is okay

The staff is really nice however the upkeep is not so great. Hallways are covered in leaves and dirt or spills. Parking deck gates are always broken. Lighting fixtures bulbs are not replaced in a timely manner. Pool isn't really clean in the summer. BBQ propane tanks are not usually filled however 2016 summer was much better than 2015.

Worth the price

It's close enough to the everything you need on a daily basis. My work is only 4 miles away and mall, food, entertainment is all within 5 miles. The price is reasonable but I've only been here less than a year so I'll see how the renewal pricing works out.

This apartment is by far one one the best places I have live

This apartment is by far one one the best places I have lived. The community is quite. The pool is big. My neighbors are nice and everyone is well behaved. There is plenty of parking spaces. The clubhouse has all the things I need. When I work from home, I go down to get fresh grounded coffee everyday. The maintenance people are really nice and the staff in the office is superb. I like the fact that they remember my name and 90% of the time my apartment number without me stating it. I love the neighborhood. It one exit away from perimeter mall and lots of restaurants. In order to be transparent, I will say that I am moving from the community in order to find place with bigger space. I have outgrew my space. However, I recommend this location in heartbeat.
